As President and Chief Operating Officer, Marc leads the positioning of M. Holland to its clients, prospects, suppliers and employees. As an Executive Leadership Team member, his purview extends to the commercial business units, along with the operations, marketing and IT departments. Marc joined M. Holland in 1997 as a sales representative. He was promoted to sales manager in 1999 and to director of sales in 2006. He became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2010 before advancing to the Executive Vice President of the commercial team in 2017 and accepting his current role in 2023. He began his career as a sales representative at Colors for Plastics in 1993. Marc has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Indiana University. He lives in Northbrook, Illinois, with his wife, Ilene, and they have two children.
