As the Director of Commercial Operations, Dawn works as a trusted business partner across the organization to optimize sales and business performance. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, including positions in sales, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and profit and loss responsibility, Dawn has demonstrated exceptional skill in driving business expansion within the chemical, plastics and hydrocarbon industries. Prior to her tenure at M. Holland, Dawn served as the Global Director of Sales & Marketing at Tundra Innovations, where she led impactful promotional strategies for composite material platforms and cutting-edge technology. Dawn lives in Michigan where her twins also attend college. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.
