Demurrage Policy
Effective February 27, 2026, the following terms apply to railcars held by M. Holland:
- The demurrage start date will be 60 days from the constructive placement date.
- Beginning on day 61, a demurrage charge of $50 per day will be incurred based on the communicated constructive placement date.
- A demurrage invoice will be issued after the railcar has been confirmed as released.
- If the railcar is not released within 120 days of constructive placement, an additional fee of $10,000 will be applied.
Effective February 27, 2026, the following terms apply to railcars shipped to a customer location:
- The demurrage start date will be 60 days from railcar placement at customer location.
- Beginning on day 61, a demurrage charge of $50 per day will be incurred based on the railcar placement date.
- A demurrage invoice will be issued after the railcar has been confirmed as released.
- If the railcar is not released within 120 days of placement, an additional fee of $10,000 will be applied.

Transportation Surcharge
Effective April 6, 2026, a $250 transportation surcharge per shipment will apply to all Over-the-Road (OTR) orders where M. Holland arranges and pays for transportation. This surcharge applies to all OTR orders shipping on or after April 6, 2026.
