The ISO 9001:2015 certification is for the company’s commercialization, storage, packaging and distribution of plastic and thermoplastic resins.
Tultitlan, Mexico, February 1, 2021 — M. Holland Company, a leading distributor of thermoplastic resins, announced today that M. Holland Latinoamérica, M. Holland’s Mexico business unit headquartered in Tultitlan near Mexico City, was awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification on January 12, 2021. The certification ensures that each step of the company’s distribution process is held to high international quality control standards and industry best practices, enabling the company to expand its international client base.

In order to receive certification, the M. Holland Latinoamérica facilities and warehouse were audited in September and November 2020. Auditors checked that business objectives were in line with the Quality Manual System, that management demonstrated leadership and commitment, employees were competent and had the resources they need, and that the organization is committed to continual improvement. Beyond this, the Quality Manual System was checked against international quality standards held by companies around the world. All aspects of M. Holland Latinoamérica’s operations were found to be compliant.
