As the Vice President of Human Resources, Patty and her team create organizational solutions that enable the company to succeed through attraction, retention, engagement and development of a talented, diverse and inclusive workforce. Prior to joining M. Holland in 2016, Patty served as a director of human resources at Baxter International and United Conveyor Corporation. Before that, Patty held multiple leadership roles in human resources at Takeda Pharmaceuticals. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Patty has two daughters and is active in charitable organizations such as Taproot and PAWS Chicago.
