As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Pat is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting and financial reporting, treasury, risk management, and capital strategies. He is also responsible for human resources and talent management. Pat has more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership positions at manufacturing and distribution companies. Before joining M. Holland in 2005, Pat served as CFO at Holly Hunt, Stevens Communications, and Blistex Inc. He began his career in public accounting and has a CPA certificate. Pat has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lewis University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago. He is married with two children and is an active member of his local community.
