As the Market Manager for M. Holland’s Color & Compounding group, Scott Arnold identifies new business opportunities and expands the company’s targeted products and services within this market. He advises clients and prospects on blending and grinding processes, along with overall color and compounding business strategy. Before accepting his current position in May 2020, Scott has held multiple product- and sales-focused roles during his 14 years with M. Holland. He has also worked in sales positions for Entec Polymers, The Hinds Company and Bamberger Polymers. Today he actively participates in industry events to maintain and create business connections. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Ferris State University, with a Professional Golf Management credential.
