As the Director of Client Experience, Tara leads the client experience team, including account and order management. She joined M. Holland as a customer service manager in 2014 before being promoted to director of client experience in 2017. Prior to joining M. Holland, Tara served as a customer service manager at Solo Cup Company and at North American Corporation of Illinois. She has a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication from Western Illinois University. Tara and her husband, Steve, have been married for 29 years and have one daughter. They enjoy boating and traveling together as often as possible.
